Rick Perez is one of the best lenders I have dealt with in the investment world. His understanding of the lending business, constant professionalism, and efficiency when it comes to deadlines really separates him from everyone else. There are always delays in Real Estate for whatever reason, but in my dealings with Rick its never been a delay on his side or because of financing. Our most recent deal had many small delays and Rick was proactive on his helping resolve issues not having to due with financing, but helping his clients in anyway possible. Communication and clarity are key and Rick Perez has those major keys and more.
